Please kindly find our cancellation policy as outlined below:
•Cancellation by 6:00 PM, 7 days prior to the reservation date: Free of charge
•Cancellation by 6:00 PM, 3 days prior to the reservation date: A cancellation fee of 5,000 JPY will be charged
•Cancellation after 6:00 PM, 3 days before the reservation: Full amount will be charged

However, in the case of unavoidable circumstances such as rain, typhoons, or flight cancellations, no cancellation fee will be applied.
